AO Globe Life is expanding its remote workforce and seeking motivated individuals to join us as Client Financial Protection Representatives. In this role, you’ll work directly with individuals and families to understand their needs and help them explore insurance solutions designed to provide financial protection during unexpected life events.

What You’ll Handle

• Connect with warm leads and schedule appointments

• Recommend appropriate options based on client needs
• Follow up to provide a professional and supportive experience

Important Information About This Opportunity

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
