Key Responsibilities
Respond to client inquiries and service requests
Gather information regarding client needs and preferences
Research available options based on individual requests
Coordinate reservations and related arrangements
Review confirmations and documentation for accuracy
Provide clients with updates and relevant information
Maintain accurate client records
Follow up on outstanding requests
Assist with changes and special requests
Communicate with service providers as needed
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Previous customer service or coordination experience is helpful
