Connect with clients to understand their preferences, needs, and travel goals
Coordinate itineraries, schedules, confirmations, and key details with accuracy
Provide clear, timely, and professional communication throughout the process
Manage logistics to ensure a smooth, stress-free travel experience
Maintain organization while handling multiple moving parts
Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Tech-comfortable (email, apps, online platforms)
Positive, reliable, and eager to learn
Experience in customer service, coordination, or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
