Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Client Support Representative. The role involves providing exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, troubleshooting travel-related issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities include maintaining clear communication with clients, managing reservations, and assisting with travel logistics. The representative will act as a key point of contact to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience for clients at every stage of their journey.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills
• Experience in enhancing Customer Satisfaction and addressing client needs
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to effectively Troubleshoot and resolve travel-related issues
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using travel booking and CRM software is a plus
• Prior experience in the travel or hospitality industry is beneficial
