HTSS is hiring a Communications & Change Management Specialist for a large utility company!

This is an exciting opportunity to support high-impact business transformation initiatives while working remotely. This 2-year contract offers the potential for extension or permanent hire.

 

What You'll Do

• 
  Develop and execute communication and change management strategies
  
• 
  Create employee, leadership, and customer communications across multiple platforms
  
• 
  Partner with project teams and business leaders to support organizational change
  
• 
  Develop presentations, FAQs, toolkits, and executive communications
  
• 
  Lead stakeholder engagement and organizational readiness activities
  
• 
  Measure communication effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements
  

 

Qualifications

• 
  5+ years of experience in communications, change management, employee engagement, or marketing
  
• 
  Experience supporting large-scale business, technology, or operational transformation projects
  
• 
  Strong writing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  
• 
  Utility industry experience is a plus
  

 

Position Details

  Pay: $30-$49/hour

  Location: Remote (must reside in Pennsylvania or New Jersey)
