Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Compliance Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of transportation regulations and be able to ensure that our company is in compliance with all applicable laws and standards. This is a full-time, remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to transportation and logistics

- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures

- Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify any areas of non-compliance and take corrective action

- Stay up-to-date on changes to regulations and communicate updates to relevant departments

- Train employees on compliance policies and procedures

- Manage compliance documentation and records

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance in all aspects of the business

- Respond to compliance inquiries and requests from regulatory agencies

- Prepare reports and presentations on compliance status and progress

- Identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them

- Conduct internal investigations and recommend corrective actions when necessary

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field

- At least 2 years of experience in compliance, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry

- Strong understanding of transportation regulations and standards

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and remotely

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Experience conducting audits and investigations preferred
