Position Overview

Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a prestigious international law firm to find an exceptional Remote Conflicts Researcher. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who have a passion for research, data analysis, and problem-solving within a collaborative legal environment. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive conflicts and corporate research related to new business opportunities and potential hires.
• Utilize proprietary databases, public records, and online research tools to gather and analyze information.
• Communicate with attorneys and business professionals to obtain and verify information necessary for conflict reviews.
• Develop effective search strategies, analyze results, and identify relevant connections and entities.
• Prepare clear, concise, and organized reports summarizing research findings.
• Maintain confidential databases and ensure information is accurately recorded and updated.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest degree of discretion and professionalism.
• Provide occasional after-hours, weekend, or holiday support as needed.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Recent graduates with strong academic credentials are welcome to apply.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Strong writing, analytical, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
• Experience conducting internet-based and database research.
• General familiarity with corporate and business structures is preferred.
• Strong technology skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a team.

• Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000
