<\/div>Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced and dedicated Business/Corporate Paralegal.
<\/div>
<\/div>Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to range from approximately 10 -20 hours per week.
<\/div>
<\/div>Paralegal Requirements:
<\/div>
<\/div>- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in relevant practice areas
<\/div>- Drafting contractual agreements / operating agreements
<\/div>- Client communication to get necessary information for documents and explain processes
<\/div>- Well -organized and proven ability to meet deadlines
<\/div>- Self -starter and able to work independently
<\/div>
<\/div>Our Paralegal pay rate starts at $30/hour.
<\/div>
