We are a national network of experienced, high -level, freelance attorneys and paralegals who provide remote, on -demand support for both short -term and long -term legal projects for our client law firms.

Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced, and dedicated California Commercial / Real Estate Litigation Paralegal<\/b>.
<\/p>
Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 10+ hours per week<\/b>.
<\/p>
Paralegal Requirements:<\/b>
<\/p>- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal with direct experience in California commercial and/or real estate litigation matters
<\/li> - Strong understanding of California civil litigation procedures, court rules, and filing requirements
<\/li> - Experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and legal correspondence
<\/li> - Ability to assist with all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial preparation
<\/li> - Experience managing discovery, including document review, organization, production, and coordinating responses
<\/li> - Strong case management skills, including calendaring deadlines, scheduling depositions, mediations, and hearings
<\/li> - Experience with commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, business disputes, and related litigation
<\/li> - Experience with real estate litigation matters, including lease disputes, title issues, landlord/tenant matters, quiet title actions, and other real property disputes
<\/li> - Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple active matters simultaneously
<\/li> - Strong legal research and analytical skills
<\/li> - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
<\/li> - Self -starter who can work independently and proactively move cases forward with minimal supervision
