<\/div>Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced and dedicated <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Employment and/or Litigation Paralegal<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 20+ hours per week.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>Paralegal Requirements:<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/blockquote><\/div>- Minimum of 5 years’ litigation paralegal experience
<\/div>- Employment Litigation experience a plus
<\/div>- Federal experience a plus<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>- Case management and organization<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>- <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>First -draft drafting of substantive docs (MSJ; Responses in Opposition, etc.)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>- Scheduling / filing / client communications<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>- Well -organized and proven ability to meet deadlines<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>- Self -starter and able to work independently<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Our Paralegal pay rate starts at $30/hour.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>
