<\/div>Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced and dedicated <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Florida -based<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>Family Law<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Attorney<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/div>Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 10+ hours per week.<\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>Attorney Requirements:<\/span><\/span>
<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/blockquote><\/div>
<\/div>- Licensed in good standing to practice law in FL
<\/div>- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in family law matters
<\/div>- Manage cases from start to finish<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>- Draft demand letters<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>- Prepound/respond to discovery<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>- Draf pleadings and motions/orders<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>- Well -organized and proven ability to meet deadlines<\/span><\/span>
<\/div>- Self -starter and able to work independently<\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>Our Attorney pay rate starts at $80/hour.<\/span><\/span>
