Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced and dedicated Texas and/or New Mexico -based Construction Litigation Attorney. <\/div>
<\/div>
Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 10+ hours per week. <\/div>

Attorney Requirements: <\/div>
<\/div>
- Licensed in good standing to practice law in the State of Texas and/or New Mexico <\/div>
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Construction Litigation <\/div>
- High -level drafting <\/div>
- Intermediate revision/review of Motions <\/div>
- Well -organized and proven ability to meet deadlines <\/div><\/div>
- Self -starter and able to work independently <\/div>

Our Attorney pay rate starts at $80/hour. <\/div>
