Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced and dedicated <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Washington State -based<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>Estate Planning and Probate Administration<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Paralegal<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 20+ hours per week.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Paralegal Requirements:<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>

- <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div><\/div><\/div>

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in WA Estate Planning and Probate Administration law<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>

- High net worth Estate/Probate and Trust administration experience
<\/div><\/div><\/div>

- Strong Estate Plans, Wills and Trusts drafting skills<\/span><\/span>
<\/div>

- Preparing Deeds a plus
<\/div>
- Spanish fluency a plus
<\/div><\/div><\/blockquote><\/div>
- Client focused
<\/div><\/div><\/blockquote><\/div><\/blockquote><\/div>
- Well -organized and proven ability to meet deadlines
<\/span><\/span> - Self -starter and able to work independently<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>

Our Paralegal pay rate starts at $35/hour.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
