100% Remote CPA Accountant/Relationship Manager - Path to $205,000 Salary - Unlimited PTO - Salary is $85,000 - 40-Hour Weeks Year-Round - Permanent Direct Hire

My client, a fast-growing professional services firm for the past 16 years, is hiring an Accountant/Relationship Manager to support growth. This company has a stellar reputation and grows through referrals. If you are looking for flexibility, work/life balance, and growth, this job is for you. Must be available between 8:30 and 4:30 CST to answer questions, but can set flexible hours. Starting salary is $85,000. Must be a CPA. Permanent direct hire.

Path to $205,000 Salary (clients provided by firm): $85,000 (50 clients), $125,000 (75 clients), $165,000 (100 clients), up to $205,000 salary (125 clients), then possible equity.

Responsibilities of the Accountant/Relationship Manager:

The Accountant/Relationship Manager will perform bookkeeping, monthly reports, tax planning, payroll processing, 1099 reporting, and annual report filings.
This role is divided between 20 hours of technical work weekly and 10-20 hours of client communication, relationship management, and tax preparation for clients.

Preferred Qualifications of the Accountant/Relationship Manager:

CPA with small to medium-sized firm experience required
Strong communication skills, kindness, and a heart of service
