We are seeking a remote Client Experience Specialist to support clients through scheduling, coordination, and service-related communication in a fast-paced remote environment. This role is suited to individuals who are organized, reliable, and who enjoy working directly with clients in a structured support capacity. Training will be provided; candidates located in Spokane, Washington and the surrounding region are welcome.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage client communications and respond to support requests.
- Coordinate schedules and handle appointment-related tasks.
- Assist with service updates and follow-up communications.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.

Qualifications and skills:
