Remote Customer Coordinator

Are you organized, detail oriented, and enjoy helping others? We are currently seeking Remote Coordinators to assist with travel planning, client support, and itinerary coordination. This flexible remote position offers comprehensive training, ongoing support, and access to industry booking tools.

Responsibilities

• Research destinations, accommodations, and travel options
• Coordinate reservations for hotels, cruises, resorts, and vacation packages
• Organize client itineraries and travel documents
• Communicate with travel suppliers regarding availability and reservations
• Maintain accurate records and booking information
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the planning process
