Description

Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Remote Entry-Level Customer Experience Associate. This role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, resolving customer inquiries, managing account requests, and ensuring positive customer experiences in a fully remote environment.

The Customer Experience Associate will work closely with customers, internal departments, and support teams to resolve issues, provide product and service information, process customer requests, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
  • Process customer requests, updates, and account changes
  • Document customer interactions in internal systems
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments
  • Follow up with customers to ensure successful resolutions
  • Maintain customer records and account information
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction
  • Meet customer service quality and response time goals
  • Assist with customer feedback and support initiatives
  • Perform additional customer support duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • 0–2 years of experience in customer service, customer support, retail, hospitality, or related roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to remain professional and empathetic when assisting customers
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Positive, dependable, and customer-focused mindset
