Position Summary

 

Lars Courier, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, shipment updates, order issues, and general support while delivering exceptional customer service.

 

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.

Provide shipment tracking information and delivery updates.

Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently.

Process customer requests, orders, and service changes.

Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.

Assist with data entry and administrative tasks.

Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to provide accurate information to customers.

Meet company performance and customer satisfaction goals.

 

Required Skills

Qualifications
