Remote - Customer Service Agent

• Provide clear explanations of available programs and options.
• Guide members through applications, documentation, and enrollment.
• Follow up to ensure outstanding questions or requests are resolved.
• Maintain complete and organized client records.
• Stay informed about program updates and internal procedures.
• Provide consistent, professional service during every interaction.
