We're looking for friendly, organized individuals to support customers with questions, planning details, reservations, and general service needs in a remote environment.
As a Remote Customer Service Provider (Travel & Leisure), you'll help clients stay informed, compare options, manage confirmations, and keep important details organized. Depending on the request, you may also assist with accommodations, transportation, activities, or other leisure-related arrangements.
This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys helping people, researching solutions, and providing dependable customer support.
Previous experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

Experience in customer service, hospitality, reservations, scheduling, administration, or client support can be helpful, but it is not required.
Applicants must be located in an eligible region, including:
United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or select LATAM regions.
Selected applicants will be invited to a live interview where we'll review the company, position responsibilities, compensation structure, training, support, and next steps.
Candidates will also have time to ask questions about the role during the interview.
