Job Summary

Mason Dixon Auto Auction is seeking a professional and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to customers, dealers, buyers, and sellers. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact, assisting with inquiries, resolving concerns, processing account requests, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding vehicle auctions, registration, bidding, payments, titles, and company services.
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Process customer account updates, documentation, and service requests accurately.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM and internal software systems.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of outstanding issues.
  • Assist customers with online auction platform navigation and account troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction performance goals.
  • Protect confidential customer information and comply with company policies.
  • Perform additional administrative and customer support duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or administrative support preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and web-based applications.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
