Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be central to our client relations and operational coordination. Your primary duties will include:
• Responding promptly and professionally to all incoming client enquiries via telephone, email, and our company website.
• Providing detailed information about our interior and exterior painting services for both commercial and residential properties.
• Scheduling initial consultations, project estimates, and work dates with clients, efficiently managing the company calendar.
• Liaising with our painting crews to coordinate schedules and ensure they have all necessary project information.
• Proactively communicating with clients throughout their project lifecycle to provide updates and answer questions.
• Addressing and resolving any client concerns or issues with patience and a commitment to finding a satisfactory solution.
• Maintaining accurate and organised client records and project details within our internal systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer service, client relations, or administrative role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly telephone manner.
