Responsibilities

  • Help Individuals and families protect what matters most
  • Generate quotes and close new business
  • Build Relationships with prospects and customers
  • Conduct insurance reviews and uncover gaps in protection
  • Set and keep appointments
  • Follow up relentlessly on leads and opportunities
  • Ask for referrals and introductions into sphears of influence
  • Participate in training, role play, and coaching
  • Continuously improve your sales and communication skills

Requirements
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • Create relationships from a cold start.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.

  • A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
  • A Life & Health Insurance license is required.
