CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• Starting Pay: $15.00 per hour

• Compensation Growth: Opportunities for performance-based pay increases beginning at 6, 12, and 18 months, based on key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Employment Type: Direct Hire | Full-Time

• Schedule: 

Training for first few weeks: M-F 10am-6:45pm

Schedule after training: Available for any 8hr shift between 7:00am-12:00am

• Anticipated Start Date: November 9, 2026

ROLE IMPACT

Join a customer focused team as a Remote Customer Service Representative, providing professional, friendly, and efficient support to customers. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, communicate clearly, and help deliver positive service experiences. Success requires strong communication skills, dependability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently while delivering a positive customer service experience.

• Use active listening, problem-solving, and clear communication to address customer questions and concerns.

• Navigate computer systems, enter information accurately, and maintain appropriate customer interaction records.

• Follow established customer service procedures, quality standards, and performance expectations.

• Manage customer interactions independently while maintaining productivity, professionalism, and consistent attendance in a remote work environment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 1 year of call center experience w/ stable job history

• Verifiable High School Diploma

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including a professional phone presence, active listening, and a customer-first approach.

• Basic computer proficiency, typing skills, and the ability to navigate digital systems accurately and efficiently.

• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment, follow instructions, maintain dependable attendance, and meet performance expectations.

CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS

• Customer relationship management (CRM) and customer service platforms.

• Computer-based data entry and documentation systems.

• Telephone and call-handling systems.

• Remote communication and virtual meeting platforms.

• Typing and computer navigation tools.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• 6–12 months of customer service, call center, or high-volume customer-facing experience.

• Previous inbound or outbound call center experience.

• Demonstrated reliability, consistent work performance, and strong organizational skills.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS

• Complete a typing assessment to demonstrate computer and keyboard proficiency.

• Complete a scripted customer service voicemail assessment to demonstrate verbal communication, professionalism, and phone presence

• Participate in a virtual hiring manager interview.

• Successfully complete required pre-employment background screening, with clearance expected by November 2, 2026.
