 What You’ll Do:

• Answer inbound calls with a calm, professional tone
  

• Assist donors and customers with empathy and care
  

• Accurately log customer details in our system
  

• Provide a supportive and positive experience every time
  

Requirements

You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

• A high school diploma or GED
  

• Strong, clear communication skills
  

• Confidence using a computer (we’ll show you the ropes)
  

• Availability to work at least 15 hours per week
  

Tech Requirements (or Willingness to Get Them):

• Windows 11 PC (No Mac or Chromebook)
  

• 16 GB RAM
  

• Dual monitors (not needed to start but helpful)
  

• USB noise-canceling headset (not needed right away)
  

• Hardwired internet connection (preferred long-term)
