Remote Customer Support Rep - $60-$80k (Wealth Tech)
You will be the first point of contact when our customers are having issues.
This includes things like acting as a technical advisor, leading complex onboarding and/or integrations, product configurations across multiple teams, and troubleshooting/resolving technical issues

- Respond to tickets and prioritize according urgency
- Resolve issues via phone call, email, video, and/or screen sharing
- Keep documentation and maintain FAQ database
