- Associate or bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field — or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, charts)
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio) is a plus
- Basic knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus but not required
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills — ability to present data to non-technical audiences
