Role: Remote Data Entry Specialist
Department: Health Records / Administrative Services
Location: Fully Remote
Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
What You'll Do:
- Accurately enter and update patient and medical data into our systems
- Review and verify records for completeness and accuracy
- Maintain confidentiality of all patient information per HIPAA guidelines
- Organize and manage digital files and databases
- Communicate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Meet daily and weekly data entry targets and deadlines
What We're Looking For:
- 1+ year of data entry or administrative experience
- Fast and accurate typing skills (45+ WPM preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, or similar tools
- Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace
- Experience in a medical or healthcare setting is a plus
