Position Description & Requirements

Radiology Associates of Florida (RAF), a Radiology Partners practice, is seeking a Remote Neuroradiologist to join our growing team. This opportunity offers the flexibility and convenience of working from home while providing the stability, collaboration, and clinical excellence of a premier hybrid academic-private practice.

Unlike traditional nationwide teleradiology models, you'll develop meaningful relationships with referring physicians and colleagues while serving a focused regional client base. Our collaborative environment ensures that no radiologist works in isolation, with subspecialty support readily available and a team-oriented approach to patient care.

Flexible Scheduling Options

We offer multiple scheduling options designed to fit your lifestyle and career goals, including:

• Monday through Friday daytime schedules
• Evening shifts (2:00 PM to 11:00 PM)
• 7-on / 7-off rotations
• 12-on / 9-off rotations
• Alternative scheduling arrangements available based on candidate preferences

Position Highlights

• 100% remote work from anywhere in the United States
• Approximately 70% Neuroradiology with a mix of general and emergency radiology
• Collaboration with neurosurgeons on pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative imaging assessments
• Participation in neuro-oncology imaging, including tumor detection, staging, and treatment monitoring
• Strong subspecialty support with case distribution tailored to your expertise
• Long-term relationships with referring physicians and a consistent group of facilities

LOCAL PRACTICE AND COMMUNITY OVERVIEW

RAF is the largest radiology practice in Florida. We serve the most prestigious, established health systems in the state, including on the east and west coasts, the Florida Panhandle, and the Keys. Our scale affords our practice stability and affords our radiologists flexibility in study mix and scheduling. We also recognize that scale alone does not beget excellence. We are quality-oriented, and we practice radiology at the cutting edge, encouraging subspecialty-level interpretations across the practice, and facilitating collaboration and consultation between our radiologists.

Our state-of-the-art IT suite includes universal PACS across the practice, AI tools, and integrated doc-to-doc communication widgets. Mosaic Reporting uses ambient AI and large language models (LLMs) to structure reports as you speak naturally. You can dictate as if you're teaching a fellow. Just describe what you see, and Mosaic builds the structured report automatically, even inserting normal findings for you.

Our practice is locally and democratically led, with decisions vested in the hands of the group at large, rather than in a few founders or a small group of shareholders. We are the teaching physicians for the University of South Florida Department of Radiology in Tampa. In Sarasota, our physicians' staff the Florida State University College of Medicine, hosting medical students in their 3rd and 4th years. We also invite residents from the FSU Internal Medicine and Emergency Medicine Residency programs to rotate in our departments.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Candidates must be a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy and residency trained in the practice of Diagnostic Radiology
• Board eligible or certified by the American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology
• Candidates with fellowship training in Neuroradiology is preferred.
• Medical license or the ability to obtain a license in the state of FL

COMPENSATION:

The salary range for this position is $500,000-$1,000,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
