You will organize customized itineraries, confirm important reservation details, maintain accurate records, and provide ongoing communication throughout the planning process to ensure every trip is organized from start to finish.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are essential. Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, administrative support, or travel is helpful but not required, as comprehensive training is provided.
Responsibilities
