Sugar Bean Adventures is seeking a Destination Planning Coordinator to help clients plan memorable travel experiences by matching them with destinations, accommodations, and travel options that fit their needs. This role combines research, organization, and exceptional customer service to create personalized travel experiences from start to finish.
Research destinations, resorts, cruises, hotels, and vacation experiences
Assist clients in selecting destinations based on their travel preferences and goals
Coordinate travel arrangements and itinerary details
Maintain accurate client records and travel documentation
Communicate with clients regarding travel plans, updates, and recommendations
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the planning process
Stay informed on travel destinations, tourism trends, and travel products
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable using technology and online research tools
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Detail-oriented with a passion for travel and helping others
