Requirements
Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
6+ months remote customer service OR 1 year on-site
experience
Strong verbal communication skills
Comfortable navigating systems while speaking
Dedicated, quiet home workspace
Technical Requirements
- Windows 11 PC (8GB RAM minimum; 16GB
recommended)
- USB headset with noise cancellation
- Wired high-speed internet (WiFi-only not
permitted)
- Dual monitors recommended
- No MacBooks or Chromebooks
Benefits
