Job Description:-

Eightfold Consultant Experience: 4 5 years (Relevant) Role: Eightfold Configuration / Implementation Consultant Focus: Rollouts, Acquisitions, Configuration & Data Migration.

Job Summary :-

We are looking for an experienced Eightfold Consultant with 4 5 years of experience in configuration, data integration, data validation, testing and production support. The consultant will primarily support Eightfold rollouts, acquisitions and enhancements across Talent Intelligence, Recruiting and internal talent processes.

Key Responsibilities :-

Configure and support the Eightfold Talent Intelligence platform. Support global rollout and acquisition implementations. Configure organizations, users, jobs and talent-related structures. Support employee/candidate/job data migration and validation. Perform data mapping between SuccessFactors and Eightfold. Validate inbound and outbound integrations. Analyze employee, candidate and requisition data. Support job ingestion and job data validation. Support talent profile and skills data validation. Perform SIT/UAT and regression testing. Troubleshoot configuration, integration and data issues. Coordinate with SuccessFactors and integration teams. Support production cutover and post-go-live validation. Prepare mapping documents, test scripts and configuration documentation. Support hypercare and stabilization activities.

Required Skills:-

4 5 years of Eightfold implementation/configuration experience. Hands-on experience with Eightfold configuration and administration. Experience with employee, candidate and job data. Strong data validation and reconciliation skills. Experience with HR system integrations. Experience with SuccessFactors integration is highly desirable. Experience with rollout/acquisition projects. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Good Excel/data manipulation skills. Good to Have Eightfold Recruiting. Talent Marketplace. Career Navigator. Skills/ontology configuration.
