This is a full-time, remote position where you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, delivering outstanding support and solutions through email communication. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer enquiries via email in a professional, clear, and timely manner.
* Provide accurate information regarding products, services, sales, and rentals.
* Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, aiming for a high rate of first-contact resolution.
* Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions within our CRM system.
* Escalate complex issues to senior team members or other departments as required, ensuring a seamless handover.

Qualifications
