Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Point of contact for all Epicor Kinetic ERP issues
- Epicor Kinetic systems analysis, administration, training, testing, troubleshooting, and support
- Work with Epicor Kinetic screens/dashboards and quote to cash process
- Collaborate with warehouse and manufacturing teams for Epicor Kinetic troubleshooting and systems integration
- 5+ years of experience with a focus on Epicor Kinetic ERP
- Techno-functional experience with Epicor Kinetic ERP systems analysis, administration, training, testing, troubleshooting, and support
- Knowledge of manufacturing and warehouse processes
- Excellent communication skills
