All practicing within the Hospitals innovative NeuroDevelopmental Science Center, where Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics, Neurology, Neurosurgery, Physiatry, Neuropsychology, and Psychology are seamlessly integrated into one unified physical and functional space - ensuring the best possible outcomes and quality of life for patients.

Our Epilepsy Program features:
The Pediatric Epileptologist will focus on EEG interpretation and clinical management of patients with epilepsy during nights, playing a vital role in continuous, high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Interpret inpatient and outpatient EEG studies, including:
Routine EEG
Ambulatory EEG
Long-term video EEG
sEEGs
ICU monitoring
Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU) recordings
Primary shift: Weekdays, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM EST
May be required for weekend evening shift per month (Saturday or Sunday start), as needed
Participate in patient management upon request from the neurologist on call
Maintain accurate EMR documentation and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Collaborate closely with neurology, neurosurgery, neuropsychology, nursing, and allied health professionals
Contribute to program development, education, and research initiatives
