We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Event Planner to join our team. As a Remote Event Planner, you will be responsible for planning and executing events for our clients from start to finish, while working remotely from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with clients to understand their event needs and vision
- Develop event concepts and themes that align with clients' goals and budget
- Source and negotiate with vendors, including venues, caterers, and entertainment
- Create detailed event timelines and manage all aspects of event logistics
- Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring all elements are executed flawlessly
- Manage event budgets and provide regular updates to clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and attract attendees
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients and vendors

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in event planning, preferably in a remote setting
