Job Description

About Turing
Turing is one of the world’s fastest-growing AI companies, accelerating the advancement and deployment of powerful AI systems.

Turing helps customers in two ways: Working with the world’s leading AI labs to advance frontier model capabilities in thinking, reasoning, coding, agentic behavior, multimodality, multilinguality, STEM, and frontier knowledge; and leveraging that work to build real-world AI systems that solve mission-critical priorities for companies.

Role Overview
We are seeking Senior Pharmacist Experts to generate, evaluate, and refine high-difficulty tasks for frontier AI initiatives. In this role, experts will build technically accurate, practical tasks that test advanced AI model capabilities in complex pharmacotherapy, intricate drug interaction and dosing reviews, patient safety clinical judgment, and specialized medication management.

Requirements
  • Professional Experience: ~8–15 years of active pharmacy practice across clinical, hospital, or specialty pharmacy settings.
  • Credentials: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or regionally equivalent pharmacy qualification with active professional licensure. Board certification (e.g., US Board of Pharmacy Specialties such as BCPS, BCOP, or equivalent) is a strong plus.
  • Core Competencies: Expert fluency in clinical pharmacotherapy, complex drug-drug and drug-disease interaction reviews, patient-specific dosing adjustments (e.g., renal/hepatic impairment), clinical decision-making, and medication safety protocols.
  • Deliverable History: Proven track record of producing high-level clinical deliverables, such as pharmacotherapeutic treatment plans, complex dosing regimens, drug regimen reviews (DRRs), adverse event evaluations, and clinical drug monograph analyses.
  • Exceptional Analytical Thinking: Ability to evaluate intricate patient profiles, identify subtle drug-related problems (DRPs), assess risk-benefit trade-offs, and apply rigorous clinical rationale.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to reviewing high-difficulty clinical scenarios, ensuring 100% technical and pharmacological accuracy, safety, and alignment with established clinical guidelines.
  • Communication: Superior written communication skills for creating nuanced clinical scenarios, professional recommendations, detailed evaluation rubrics, and gold-standard solutions.
  • Leadership & Independence: Ability to own day-to-day quality, calibrate peer outputs, and operate independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will serve as a senior technical authority within a specialized functional pod responsible for creating advanced evaluation and training datasets for AI models. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Producing high-difficulty expert tasks and gold-standard solutions covering complex pharmacotherapy, specialty dosing, drug interactions, and clinical safety judgments.
  • Reviewing and calibrating team members' outputs to enforce rigorous clinical accuracy and quality standards across all pod deliverables.
  • Owning day-to-day quality control and validating that all clinical scenarios, lab inputs, and drug regimens are practically realistic and medically sound.
  • Applying and enforcing rubric standards set by the Functional SME (Expert) Lead.
  • Identifying and escalating genuine edge cases, rare clinical paradoxes, and rubric ambiguities directly to the Functional SME Lead.
  • Participating in calibration sessions and revision cycles to continuously elevate the complexity and clinical precision of pod outputs.

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in any field.
  • Experience in AI evaluation, data annotation, content review, quality assurance, or a related analytical role is preferred but not required.

Offer Details:
  • Commitments Required: at least 4 hours per day and upto 40 hours per week with 4 hours of overlap with PST.
  • Engagement type: Contractor
  • Engagement Length: 9 weeks

Evaluation Process -
  • Shortlisted candidates will be sent a Job Interest Form.
  • Final selected candidates will be contacted with the next steps and onboarding requirements.
