We have relationships with Apple Maps, Google Maps, Transit app, and our work goes out to millions of riders on those platforms. Our product is like air traffic control, but for buses. There are a mix of hardware and software products in this role. We hope this excites you!Our team in the US has approximately 70 people, with 7 field engineers on the team. This role requires a hands‑on professional who can manage end‑to‑end system installations, from planning and scope definition through on‑site execution and post‑installation support. Success in this role depends on excellent communication, attention to quality, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.What This Role Is AboutThe ideal candidate has a strong technical foundation in low‑voltage systems, basic networking, and hardware troubleshooting, along with experience leading installation teams and coordinating with vendors.RequirementsKnowledge of low‑voltage electrical systems and hands‑on troubleshooting on transit vehiclesAbility to work with hardware systems (e.g., touchscreens, routers, passenger counters)Basic IT/network configuration skills (routers, connectivity; training provided)Prior experience owning end‑to‑end technical/engineering projectsFamiliarity with testing tools for electrical diagnosticsExperience managing installation teams and subcontractorsSkilled in overseeing on‑site execution, including surveys, approvals, and validationAbility to create and explain project documentation, including scope and reportsExperience with post‑installation activitiesCustomer‑focused with a commitment to high‑quality service delivery & continuous improvementPreferredBackground in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering2D CAD experiencePrevious industry experienceWe're looking for someone who will grow with us for the long term.Heavy Travel Is RequiredOur clients run transit buses nationwide (we have 50+ locations). Your job will involve at least 50% travel, so please make sure you like to travel!
