Key Objectives

  • Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems to ensure efficient document retrieval.
  • Support administrative functions by managing records and assisting with document handling tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies regarding document security and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Sort, file, and retrieve company documents and records in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain filing systems, both paper and electronic, ensuring they are up-to-date and well organized.
  • Assist in scanning, labeling, and indexing documents to support digital recordkeeping.
  • Prepare and distribute files as required by various departments.
  • Collaborate with team members to update and improve filing procedures.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times.
  • Perform routine checks to verify the integrity and accuracy of filing systems.
  • Assist with inventory management of office supplies related to filing and documentation.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with electronic document management systems and basic computer skills (MS Office Suite).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Physical ability to handle filing tasks, including lifting and moving files when necessary.
