Remote Final Expense Agent

Integrity FEX is seeking motivated individuals for a Remote Life Insurance Agent – Final Expense role. Agents work with prospective clients by phone to discuss final expense life insurance options and help them identify coverage that aligns with their individual needs.

This is a remote, independent contractor (1099) sales position. Agents receive access to training, sales resources, technology, and ongoing support to help them develop their insurance sales skills and serve clients effectively.

The role is primarily conducted through phone-based consultations, making it well suited for individuals who are self-motivated, coachable, comfortable speaking with clients by phone, and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Speak with prospective clients by phone regarding final expense life insurance
• Identify client needs and explain available coverage options
• Assist clients with the insurance application process
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients as appropriate
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and applications
• Follow applicable insurance regulations, carrier requirements, and company procedures
• Participate in training and professional development

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable conducting sales conversations by phone
• Self-motivated and able to manage time independently
• Willingness to learn and apply a structured sales process
• Basic computer and technology proficiency
• Active life insurance license preferred but not required
• Unlicensed candidates must be willing and eligible to obtain the appropriate state insurance license before conducting insurance sales
