Job Title: Sprinkler Designer
Job Description
This role focuses on designing and coordinating fire sprinkler systems for complex facilities, with a strong emphasis on data center projects. The Sprinkler Designer uses AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks to create accurate, code-compliant layouts and shop drawings while collaborating closely with engineers, architects, local officials, and customers. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to critical fire protection projects within a stable, growing, and family-oriented organization.

Work Environment
This position offers a hybrid work model after an initial acclimation period, typically ranging from 1 to 6 months, during which the Sprinkler Designer becomes familiar with the company's software, standards, and operational procedures. Once acclimated, the role generally allows 2-3 days per week of remote work, with the remaining time spent on-site collaborating with the team. The Sprinkler Designer works under the guidance of the Sprinkler Design leadership and senior executives, benefiting from mentorship and support within an established fire protection organization. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $43.27 - $52.88/hr.
