Role Overview
A fast-moving technology company is seeking a Frontend Engineer who genuinely cares about product experience, interface quality, and frontend craftsmanship.
This is not a simple component assembly role. The team is looking for someone who can take rough product ideas and Figma designs and turn them into polished, intuitive, high-performance user experiences using React and TypeScript.
The frontend architecture is still evolving, giving this hire the opportunity to help shape how the frontend codebase, design systems, and engineering standards grow over time.
This role is ideal for engineers who care deeply about UI/UX quality, product feel, clean architecture, and building scalable frontend systems within startup environments.
Key Responsibilities
Frontend Product Development
Build fast, clean, and intuitive frontend product experiences
Translate Figma designs into production-ready React applications
Develop reusable frontend components and scalable UI patterns
Maintain high standards for responsiveness, usability, and performance
Deliver polished user experiences across multiple workflows and states
UI/UX & Product Quality
Focus heavily on spacing, interactions, animations, and edge cases
Identify and resolve UI inconsistencies proactively
Collaborate closely with design teams to improve product experiences
Push back constructively when designs or flows can be improved
Ensure pixel-accurate implementation of frontend interfaces
Code Quality & Architecture
Help shape frontend architecture and engineering standards
Build maintainable, scalable, and clean frontend codebases
Balance speed and quality without unnecessary over-engineering
Support frontend scalability as the product grows
Maintain strong attention to performance and developer experience
Requirements
Strong React experience required
Strong TypeScript experience required
Excellent UI/UX instincts and visual attention to detail
Ability to rapidly move from design to production code
Strong frontend architecture and code organization skills
Experience working within startup or fast-paced environments
Strong communication skills in English
Ability to independently manage frontend deliverables
