Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Remote Grants Administrator for our partner, a mission-driven nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting community-centered initiatives and strengthening access to public resources. This is a part-time remote opportunity based in Seattle, WA, with initial in-person training required. This is a 3-4 month opportunity.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Grants Administrator will provide critical interim support for a portfolio of public grants and community-focused partnerships during a period of organizational transition. This role will focus on grant reporting, financial tracking, documentation, invoicing support, and maintaining accurate records across multiple funding sources and deadlines. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with financial information, and motivated by process-driven work that supports a mission-focused organization.

This part-time opportunity offers $30-$35 per hour, depending on experience, with an anticipated schedule of 20 hours per week. The assignment is expected to last approximately 3-4 months and may extend depending on organizational hiring timelines. The position will begin with in-person training in Seattle and will transition to a remote schedule, with flexibility around how weekly hours are structured.
