Location: Aventura, FL preferred; remote possible

Compensation: $200,000 base salary plus bonus
Bonus: 20%–30% of base salary

An established private lending company is seeking a Head of DSCR Lending & Capital Markets to lead and own the full DSCR division. This is an executive-level role responsible for DSCR strategy, growth, profitability, production, capital markets execution, investor relationships, warehouse lending relationships, product design, pricing, and full P&L management.

This role is a strong fit for an entrepreneurial lending leader who has scaled DSCR, Non-QM, or business purpose lending platforms and understands the full loan lifecycle from origination through loan sale.

• Own full P&L for the DSCR division
• Lead DSCR growth, profitability, strategy, and production
• Oversee pricing, lock policies, margin management, and investor execution
• Manage whole loan sales, bulk sales, and forward flow relationships
• Build and manage institutional investor and capital markets relationships
• Negotiate warehouse facilities, investor agreements, and financing structures
• Oversee DSCR product design, pricing, guidelines, and market positioning
• Partner with sales, underwriting, processing, closing, risk, and compliance
• Track KPIs including funded volume, pull-through, broker retention, gain on sale, defect rate, cycle time, and profitability
• Build and lead teams across DSCR sales, product, capital markets, secondary, and operations support
• Manage the DSCR platform from origination through loan sale

• 10+ years of mortgage banking experience
• 5+ years leading DSCR, Non-QM, or business purpose lending platforms
• Strong DSCR lending experience
• Capital markets and secondary marketing experience
• Loan sales, investor relations, and warehouse lending experience
• P&L management experience
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar lending platforms
• Deep knowledge of DSCR underwriting, pricing, and investor guidelines
• Strong financial, analytical, and strategic planning skills
• Experience scaling DSCR or business purpose lending platforms
• Existing institutional investor and capital partner relationships preferred
• Experience with securitizations, forward flow agreements, or bulk loan sales preferred
• Ability to work 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST
• Ability to work on site in Aventura, FL preferred; remote possible
