We are looking for motivated recruiters and sales professionals who want more than another traditional recruiting job.

This is an opportunity to build and grow your own healthcare recruiting desk from anywhere in the United States while operating alongside an established national healthcare staffing company.

THE OPPORTUNITY
HealthPlus Staffing specializes in connecting healthcare organizations with Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Dentists and other healthcare professionals nationwide.

As a 1099 Healthcare Recruiter, you will develop both sides of your recruiting desk:

Candidates: Identify, engage and recruit healthcare professionals considering new opportunities.

Clients: Develop relationships with healthcare organizations that need help finding exceptional talent.

You will then manage those relationships from the first conversation through a successful placement.

This is not a passive recruiting position.

It is an opportunity for someone who enjoys business development, recruiting, relationship building, negotiation and closing — and wants the financial upside that can come with producing results.

WHAT YOU CAN RECRUIT

Our national model creates opportunities to develop relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations throughout the United States.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will be responsible for developing and managing your recruiting business, including:

Identify and recruit qualified healthcare professionals
Develop candidate pipelines through calls, email, professional networks, job boards and other sourcing strategies
Prospect healthcare organizations that may need recruiting support
Build relationships with practice owners, administrators, hiring managers and healthcare executives
Understand client hiring needs and candidate career objectives
Screen and qualify prospective candidates
Present qualified candidates for appropriate opportunities
Coordinate interviews and communication between candidates and clients
Help navigate offers, negotiations and placement
Maintain organized candidate and client pipelines
Consistently develop new relationships and recruiting opportunities

COMPENSATION
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity compensated entirely through commissions. There is no base salary or guaranteed income.

There is also no predetermined cap on commission earnings.

Your compensation is tied directly to successful recruiting production.
