Columbia River Health is seeking an experienced healthcare Human Resources Manager who understands that strong rural healthcare organizations are built by strong, supported people.
This is not a general corporate HR position.
The selected leader will help assess, rebuild, organize, and strengthen the organization's human resources foundation. This will include updating the employee handbook, improving policies and processes, supporting employee relations, advising leadership, reducing organizational risk, and mentoring the on-site HR assistant.
The position may be performed primarily remotely. Occasional travel to Boardman, Oregon, will be coordinated based on organizational needs and the selected candidate's location.
Direct human resources experience within a Federally Qualified Health Center, critical access hospital, or both is required.

The anticipated salary for this position is approximately $100,000 annually, depending on the selected candidate's education, certifications, depth of healthcare HR experience, and direct experience within Federally Qualified Health Centers and critical access hospitals.
This is a full-time position that may be performed primarily remotely.
The selected candidate will be expected to travel occasionally to Boardman, Oregon, for meetings, training, implementation work, employee support, or other organizational needs. The frequency and structure of on-site support will be discussed during the interview process.
Final compensation, benefits, remote-work expectations, and travel requirements will be determined based on the selected candidate and organizational needs.
