Green Ductors is looking for a Sales Manager to join our remote sales team and help us manage and convert incoming customer opportunities across our U.S. markets.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and follow up with incoming leads.
• Communicate with customers through phone, SMS, and other channels.
• Convert opportunities into scheduled and completed jobs.
• Follow up consistently with potential and existing customers.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity.
• Track your performance and work toward sales KPIs.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Compensation


Base: $1,200/month
Commission: 1.5% of eligible sales after completion and customer payment, after applicable expenses.
Training: $3.50/hour during the initial training period.
Potential monthly earnings: Approximately $1,200–$1,500+ depending on performance and commissions.


Schedule


11:00 AM–8:00 PM New York Time (ET)
Monday–Sunday schedule with days off determined according to business needs.
