Overview Remote Inbound Sales Representative role at Liberty Mutual Insurance. This position is available for candidates based in Texas and requires handling inbound calls and warm leads to match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.Pay Details Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth.Average earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of base salary and generous commission.Top performing agents in their second year and onward can earn up to $85K+.Job Details Inside Sales Agent handling inbound calls and warm leads; consult with customers on insurance needs to recommend appropriate coverages and products and convert leads into policyholders.Paid training in a remote work environment; licensing included if you do not hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license.Training length: 16 weeks for licensed hires; 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1.No cold calls; all incoming warm leads.Opportunities for rewards and recognition.Work schedule: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start (example 11am-8pm CST). This schedule is expected for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for a different shift.All computer equipment provided; must maintain a suitable work-from-home setup with a dedicated workspace and wired high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload).
