RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute influencer marketing and creator partnership strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Source, negotiate, onboard, and manage relationships with creators while overseeing campaign execution from concept through performance analysis.
• Lead the company's UGC strategy by identifying winning creative concepts, testing new content formats, and optimizing campaigns based on performance data.
• Partner cross-functionally with product, creative, and growth teams to ensure influencer campaigns align with broader marketing initiatives and brand objectives.
• Analyze campaign performance, track key growth metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve engagement, conversions, and return on investment.
• Help establish scalable marketing systems, processes, and best practices while contributing to the long-term growth strategy of the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Demonstrated success managing influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or UGC campaigns that drive measurable business growth.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, creator economy trends, and short-form video best practices.
• Experience developing, executing, and optimizing influencer campaigns using data-driven decision making.
• Exceptional project management, relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building scalable marketing programs in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
